Digital Media Assistant 

We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. 

As a digital Media Assistant, you will play a key role in creating and managing digital content for our organisation. If you have a passion for digital media, a fair for design and strong technical skills, we encourage you to apply. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and editing of digital content, including graphics, videos and written content. 
  • Manage and update our website and social media profiles. 
  • Monitor digital media trends and suggest strategies for improvements. 
  • Collaborate with team members to develop engaging and visually appealing content. 
  • Analyse & report on the performance of digital media campaigns. 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years Experience in digital media, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva & Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems. 
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills. 

Family Support Worker

As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting and advocating for families in need. Your responsibilities will include providing emotional support, connecting families with community resources, and assisting to navigate challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic support to families facing various challenges. 
  • Conduct assessment to identify the specific needs of each family. 
  • Develop & Implement individualised family support plans.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Community Services/Youth Work or related field (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Previous Experience & Knowledge of Community resources and social services. 

Domestic Assistant

As a Domestic Assistant you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organised environment for our clients. Your work will enhance the quality of life for individuals and families in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting and vacuuming. 
  • Laundry & Ironing as needed. 
  • Organise and maintain a tidy living space. 
  • Assist with meal preparation or light cooking. 
  • Run errands and perform other domestic tasks as required. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in domestic assistance, housekeeping or Domestic Cleaning.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. 
  • Dependable and punctual. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients. 
  • Positive and proactive attitude. 
  • Able to work efficiently in a team and independently.
